The Problem
In-app based drivers and freelancers lack benefits such as healthcare services. Current regulation penalizes workers if the in-app based platform employers were to pay for benefits, which would disproportionately lower the current net income of the workers.
Key Solution
To create a program that will provide healthcare services and benefits to workers without jeopardizing their income level.

Project Communication Framework
​Based on my previous hackathon experience, I was better prepared for this hackathon event through organizing the workspace for the team which includes a project communication framework using Google workspace and the project deliverable templates such as the Figma Files, Case Study and Pitch Deck.
Divide and Conquer
I am glad my team put trust in how I assigned tasks and roles based on each member’s respective strengths and experiences. The team was able to work effectively and efficiently on what they are best at while also working on the skills they wish to improve. The team was able to divide and conquer with time management and strong communication throughout when working on our project deliverables.
